Before care begins, we arrange a complimentary home assessment to understand the person, their circumstances and their day-to-day care requirements. From there, we develop an individual care plan and identify a suitable carer with the experience and skills needed to support them.

Care can be arranged for a short period or on an ongoing basis, and can adapt as needs change.

When someone has ongoing medical needs, families often want the reassurance of knowing that changes are being noticed and their loved one’s care is being followed closely.

Hentro care can include appropriate medical monitoring as part of an individual care plan, with professional oversight from the Hentro team.

Care activities are documented and the care arrangement is monitored and reviewed. Where necessary, the Hentro Branch Operations Manager can also communicate with the doctors or other healthcare professionals involved in the person’s care.
